What is Padlock Escape Games doing in response to COVID-19?

We are taking the current pandemic situation very seriously. Below is a list of things we have changed and are doing to help make escaping with us as safe as possible:

• All reservations are private; you are only in a room with people you know

• Sick employees required to stay home

• Spaced out booking times to minimize social contact

• Increased cleaning protocol between every group

• Hand sanitizer available to all customers and employees

• HEPA air purifiers with UV-C light to eliminate air impurities and airborne pathogens in every room

• We follow all state and federal requirements and guidelines

Are masks required?

All employees and customers are recommended to wear masks as recommended by the CDC.

What happens if I don't bring a mask?

We have a limited number of masks that customers can purchase when they arrive for $1.00 each.

Is playing one of your games risk-free?

Unfortunately, no, just like with all other indoor activities there is a risk involved. We minimize this risk by following all mandates, limiting social interaction between different groups and employees, and cleaning as often and thoroughly as possible. We cannot and do not guarantee a risk free environment, but we do take our efforts to minimize the risk as much as possible very seriously.
